when you'r downloading app on your android device from

google play& you can't continue because something interrupted on your android device  while app downloading or network cut out happened this means that you have an ANDROID ERROR 923

To fix this error:

If error happened because something interrupted on your android device  while app downloading:

go to Setting > Data > Google Play, from this, you do unchecked restrict background data and killing all tasks. re-try to download app again from google play

If error happened because network cutted out:
